The biggest complaint I have about is about the employees who are shopping for the online grocery orders. They are very rude. They don't mind reaching in front of you or nearly hitting you with their cart and don't even have the courtesy to say excuse me. The employees stocking leave boxes and ladders in your way where you cant get to what you want. I don't know how many times ice had to go around them. Some of them that are pulling a load expect you to get out of the way even though they're in the wrong. And don't try to call the store because no one is going to answer.

MP TX The worst in EVERY, & I do mean EVERY ,category. Let say I never raised my voice or never talked badly nor down to anyone during this! I was talked to like I was a piece of (well you know) by someone 1\2 my age, and made to feel like I didn't matter & a waist of time... cause I was white!! (I would have given it a negative score if I could have!) This person was a female manager & I'm a female. But my husband has had something bad happen to him everytime also! I'd been trying to purchase an item for 7 hrs that day online & on the phone with them. I was on hold for over an hr & another 20mins on the phone with them. I got told by 5 departments that they couldn't help me & they had no idea what to tell me.or who to talk to. I actually got hung up on twice cause they were busy! Really?? & I won't talk about when I finally went in the store & tried to get help....BAD!! I'm not even going to talk about the lack of selection & the nastiness of the store!!! I've traveled a lot & this is worst store in at least 1\2 the states!

Store was chaotic, lots of missing products on shelves but employee's scanner showed it was there. Most employee's were bustling around but when I asked for help reaching something, I was met with a rude attitude. Felt like I was a nuisance. Customers are Not always right but we do deserve common courtesy.
