Had a guy from H&M come to give me a quote, we spoke he and took pictures. I was told I receive the quote within two day and I haven't heard anything from him, not even though text messages. What's yhe point of doing all of that and not reach back out. The lack of communication let's me know that H&M might not be reliable. JUST THE EXPERIENCE I GOT!
