  We used GSR Landscaping for an aeration and power rake for our yard. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to the weather, but Steven was great about communicating and did a great job! Great service, thank you!

  Another landscaping company left us in a lurch. GSR came in on short notice and did a wonderful job for a fair price when they could have charged us an arm and a leg because we were over a barrel. We have had them do several other jobs since. They are timely, efficient, professional, and helpful. I enjoy working with them. Once they agree to do your job, they communicate well and do what they say they will do. No surprises.

  My experience has been terrible with GSR Landscaping. I have used them in the past, but will never use them again. I scheduled a sprinkler blowout and lawn aeration 2 weeks ago and paid my fees online as requested. The day before my scheduled appointment it was automatically rescheduled without any call to ensure it worked for me, then the 3:30 appointment slot kept getting pushed back until finally they arrived just before dark. However, they were unable to perform the aeration due to mechanical issues. They said they would be back the next week, but never showed. No communication from them after repeated text messages and phone calls asking if they were okay and when they might be able to come back out. In the end, I asked for, but have no real hope, for a refund. Their professionalism is terrible, their responsiveness is non-existent, and I will never use them again.
