  I was glad to know that the owners of the company do the work. The lady that set the appointment was very polite and I appreciate her wonderful customer service (I would not have made the appointment otherwise). Dan arrived early, which suited me just fine. No nonsense man. Started on the task right away and took care of what we needed done with no song or dance. Reasonable price, quick, and efficient. We do plan to have them do winterization service and will recommend for other properties in Superior. Thank you!

  I scheduled an appointment for a Monday afternoon thinking I had a set time @ 4 pm. When they didn’t show I called to inquire and was told by the woman who took my initial call that is actually window within 2 hours so between 4&6 pm. OK, my mistake, I’ll hang out till they arrive. 6:30 rolls around and still no one. I call back, no answer so I leave a message. No one has called back to clarify what happened. So I guess they show up when they want to and ghost you if they don’t. Roll the dice.

  Dan showed up, did a job. It was okay I'd say c- work and way overpriced. I asked him to bid a 2nd job (rewiring system in the basement), we set an appointment. He showed up and did the work while I was working. Many hours later he came up and said I owed him something outrageous. I told him I wouldn't have commenced at that price and he kept talking down to me and calling me "tough guy." Anyways we meet in the middle. I go to test the system out and some of the zones dont even work anymore. I give him the weekend and many messages to fix it. No response. I cancel the check I gave him and ask him to fix it first. Ignores me and then proceeds to put a lien on my house for the work done. Dude is trash.
