  Green Tree Lawn Services INC was hired to mow my lawn this year. After 3 weeks, my backyard was beginning to look like a jungle. I talked to the guy that showed up to mow today. His response, "Not my problem. My equipment [riding mower] won't fit through your gate." My gate is normal size. He could use a push mower or weed whacker for all I care. He just wants to collect money for riding his cushy mower without doing any real work.

  This company started mowing our condo association in Warren, MI this year. Every week they have just missed sections of our lawn. My husband has had to rent a weed-eater and blower to make our lawn presentable for his birthday party and my daughters party. This week he confronted them about sections of our lawn that they missed. They told him that if he wanted it cut, then he should do it himself. We bought a condo so that we wouldn't have to do our lawn every week. Why do we pay an association fee if we have to do our own lawn care??? Many people in our association have complained. I suspect that they will not be hired here for very much longer. I'm not sure what they charge, but I would hire them no matter how cheap they were.
