  Called in Late May 2020 to get an estimate. 2 weeks later Steven calls and asks if I'm still interested in getting an estimate. Since I needed the work done I answered yes! We are now in Mid August with no estimate, no work performed, no calls, no follow-up. I made several calls without any response. Now I emailed and they replied that they are very busy and are not taking new customers 3 months after my original request. The Gifford namesake is being ruined as they were very reputable before Steven took over. Now good luck getting a phone call returned.

  I had a tree fall from storm a few years ago. Steven came out right away. I had some other things I decided I needed done at that time and he didnt hesitate to do all I needed done. A neighbor recommended him to me.

  very poor at keeping appointments. no follow through. It took him over a month to come out for the estimate then after I oked the estimate he said he would do the work in a week. never heard from him again. over three months ago.
