From initial phone call to pickup, Mike was a pleasure to work with. He did a good explaining the differences between two zero turn models and let me know about a promotion happening I didn't even know about. Unit pickup took only 5-10 minutes after arriving to store, and I was on my way! Another lawn equipment store actually recommended me to Gielow's.

I took delivery of this Toro with MyRide on July 17, 2021! What an awesome mower!! It was a pleasure to deal with Gielows Lawn and Garden!! I had never owned a zero turn mower and was given great instructions on its operation! I am now cutting my lawn like a pro!! My back no longer hurts when I'm done!! I had Gielows pick up my snowblower for repair, and they were very fast, friendly, and reliable from initial phone call to the delivery/pick up. Before doing any repairs, they gave me a call to let me know what was wrong before doing any work, and even though I decided it wasn’t worth repairing, they were great to work with and I will use them in the future. I have heard many great things about them as well.

Great place, nice people to deal with. Purchased a leaf blower a few years ago. They were awesome then as well as now. Stuck to his quote even after a price increase came through from the manufacture. Best place to go.

Gielows is a very customer oriented family owned business. When our new snow blower arrived it had a defect, the owners immediately replaced it and took extra time to deliver and explain how to use our very nice new Toro! Mike is the 3rd generation owner and his own father Art came over to chat with th me over the snowblower WI th extra care. Wow, this kind of service is very, very hard to find. Very personalbe, solution oriented and ready to be there to fix any problems in their shop. Very impressed. Go local!

Mike was great!! He was very knowledgeable and put me on the right lawn mower after hearing my needs. He really knows his equipment and offers a quality product and even registered my warranty with Toro.
