  I called Saturday morning to check a garden item, no one answer their phone call. The automated answering directed me to garden but no one ever pick up the phone. It seems no one work there. It is shocking that in San Rafael area, there has a home improvement store like HOME DEPOT has this kind of service.

  Garden center did not have very much soil or soil amendments I was at Vallejo the day before and they had a much better selection of soil amendments perlite and different products for planting

  ABYSS Al service, with the exception of the garden department. Horrific lack of attention to the customer's existence. Multiple cashiers chatting and comparing manicures. NO ONE available in lumber AT ALL. As a contractor, I will take my business anywhere other than this store again.
