  Freddie was responsive, unfortunately he took out the back board of our front gardening bed. Awaiting a thaw to see how the Gardeners Supply bracket held up. My fault for not specifically asking to have the plowing toward the middle of property, not the side edge.

  Terrible experience with Freddie. Did not follow the terms of the contract my condo association signed with him. Doesn't answer the phone or email. Didn't show up and plow when he was supposed to, didn't shovel when he was supposed to, and plowed over our expensive landscaping that he was supposed to have staked out before the snow fell, but didn't and also wanted to argue about it when we pointed out he didn't follow the contract. We fired him.

  Company has no interest in using more eco-friendly and quiet maintenance practices. Just because "landscapers" have been allowed to pollute the air and make as much noise as possible with no repercussions for the last 20 years does not make it ok.
