  We asked Ray to give us a quote on our backyard project...the backyard had fallen into disrepair and was overgrown with weeds and did not look very good. When we moved into the home, we wanted to create a yard for our children. Ray came out and gave us an estimate that was reasonably priced. He was responsive to our vision and provided a knowledgeable recommendation that fell within our budget. When the time came to do the work, Ray worked hard, came on time and kept us updated on everything he found. As with all big projects, there were some bumps in the road, but Ray was transparent and let us know what he recommended we do. At the end of our day, we now have grass growing in level areas on our lawn where there was a barren wasteland and weeds. The old garden bed which was overgrown with weeds, is now cut by 2/3 and looks great. We can't wait to have the grass seed start to grow in. Ray has promised to follow-up with us to make sure everything grows in as expected. We would highly recommend Franklin Lawn And Landscape for your landscaping and yard projects. *EDIT* we will post pictures once the grass grows in but also look for before/after on the website at some point!

  We recently worked with Ray for a variety of landscaping jobs in and around our yard. We found Ray to be professional, thorough and timely with both his estimate and work. His willingness to review different options was a welcome change from other companies with set price packaging who lacked the flexibility to address items on an individual basis. Ray presented a quote that took both our needs and priorities into consideration and the work he performed is outstanding.   Ray gave me a quote for yard clean-up and planting a shade garden which involved several cubic feet of topsoil. He edged, trimmed and turned a plot for a small peony garden. Following that he mulched and weeded my unkempt areas. It all looks wonderful. He got it done with no muss and no fuss and I will be able to enjoy my outside area for the first time in several years. He agreed to be available to me at least twice a year to keep things ship shape. It’s very hard to find reliable landscaping services for small users like me. I live in a condo but I am responsible for the outdoor property adjacent to my unit. The association takes care of the grass, but not the limited-common areas in my association. Over the years I have been unable to find reliable assistance in this area. I think I’ve found one now. I highly recommend this service.
