  My mower needed a new spindle & Fluegge's had it in stock. Not only that, but when I mentioned the pulley was a bear to get off, they told me to bring it down & they'd take care of it with an impact wrench. I was assisted immediately when I arrived. The pulley was stuck so bad, they ended up using a torch to cut it off & only charged me $10 for the service.

  My lawnmower has been here a week with no communication on progress or why it’s taking so long to fix. I was told it would be two or three days. Now in addition to whatever they charge me for this, I’m gonna need to hire someone to mow my grass! Never again.
