  JR Tree Experts were suppose to be out shortly after 5pm for an estimate on Thursday. At 7pm, they called to say they wanted to reschedule because they wouldn't make it on time. (Oh yeah, you don't say?!) Shouldn't they have called a bit earlier? Anyway, we said we would call them if we could find another time that would work. Friday night, they just show up. Maybe they thought this was exceptional on their behalf, but not for us. We were busy. We told them we gave the job to someone else. Now Saturday, they are sending us messages they will be calling to set up something. NO! Please leave us alone. We do NOT want your service.

  Thank you for your little time you did give us for the review and and the consideration of the valuable time you used writing this but we here at JR TREE EXPERTS LLC work very hard like weekends week nights and even early mornings to do what we can to always make our customers happy with our finished outcome for an exceptional price and have a positive attitude to keep this business going . But thanks and who knows you didn't understand that this is a smaller company that mainly employees are family and can't always be exactly on time. I hope the best for you and that you find some positive thinking in your life and you never gave us a chance to meet you personally so to the next job I need to go finish on this beautiful rainy day.   I had JR Tree Experts pull 6 shrubs in my yard. They were 20+ year old shrubs so the root systems were big and deep. No problem with these guys! Fast, friendly, professional, punctual. Will use again.
