Exterior View does amazing work.  I have used them multiple times over the last 5 years for various projects around the house.  The most recent was grading the yard and adding a paver patio after we got our barn put up.  The work was done in a timely manor, very professional, and turned out looking excellent.

Really great experience working with Exterior View for our landscape project.  Jenn did a wonderful job with the design and the crew was very courteous.  Especially liked that Jenn was onsite while work was being performed, even provided some tips for caring of the perennials and shrubs selected for the design.  Highly recommend.

I've used Exterior View for years. They treat our yard, take care of the mulch, and have done numerous odd projects from leaf blowing, landscaping, planting, and making a pad for a shed. They re-seed the yard if it needs it and they clean up their mess. If there has ever been an issue, they are quick to make it right. Always easy to reach, and quick to respond. They also took care of our high school field for us and did an outstanding job!!

Thank you to Brad and his team for their help landscaping our home! All four sides of our house needed a ton of work in addition to aeration/fertilizer/seeding of our front and backyard. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! The drainage issues are fixed, the sod looks fabulous, and the yard has NEVER looked better. Exterior View Inc. is extremely professional, have reasonable rates, and leave the site looking clean and neat when they are finished. We are already recommending them to our friends and will certainly call them in the future whenever we have any landscaping needs.

Complete Spring Cleanup, new mulch, and a new hardscape border to keep the mulch in the beds. Installed new natural stone steps that exceeded our expectations. Went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what they had done and that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Thank you EVI!

Call them and left two different voicemails, on two different days, i ever got a called back, after the manger came and was being rude about the grass seed and cheapest way they put it down, i do not  recommend them to anyone, ps 2 years later and other lawn care company said just to put down new sod, and reseed the back

Tyler, as we stated on the phone, we do apologize that your phone calls were not returned, and we are looking in to who you left a message with.  Directly after our phone conversation, we contacted an individual that was out in the field that was able to stop by your location within minutes to speak with you.        It appears that your seeded yard was unfortunately affected by yesterdays torrential rainfall.  This is something that you would need to contact your builder about.  Your builder will contact us should they deem it necessary.  Again, we apologize for the delay in returning your phone calls.

Avoid them like the plague!!!
They do not stand behind their work. They did a patio paver job with landscaping and several plants died. The plants were guaranteed by them for one year. They said would replace them. After multiple calls they NEVER did.  Then some of the pavers we sagging and they were supposedly guaranteed as well. And guess what???  Yep they won’t come ti fix.  Dishonest group of people to say the least and Eric Highland is the most dishonest of the bunch.
All you need to do to understand what they are is go look at the grading work they do on these new construction homes. Or better yet watch him do one....absolutely a joke. No wonder the lawns are terrible afterwards and has homeowners upset over what they have been given. Not to mention that they take all the good top soil away and leave you with the bad fill dirt full of rocks and pea gravel. Another dishonest and shady tactic...anything to make or should I say steal a dollar.

This negative review was written by a local lawn care competitor.  Exterior View has been in business in the Greater Lafayette area for over 25 years.  We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service.  We have policies and procedures in place to ensure if a client is not satisfied that we take whatever steps are necessary to ensure they are more than happy with the finished product.

These guys are only in business from scamming the good honest customer's!  Payed them to level out a rock bed for a 24x24 shed. It was a foot out of square! Had to pay someone else to clean up there mess!
All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! These guys are a joke!

We apologize that you feel that you were scammed.  After reviewing our records, we have found no information in our system in reference to your name or to the job you described.  Our sales process involves a customer talking with a Junior Account Manager (JAM).  The JAM then prepares an estimate which is reviewed by the General Manager.  If the estimate is approved, the JAM then takes the estimate to the customer for their signature.  Work is not scheduled until the signed estimate is returned to our office with a customer signature.  Once the job is complete our QA representative visits the job site and reviews the work with the clients before payment is accepted.  Having this process protects our company as well as our customers.

They worked as a contractor for my home builder and they did a horrible job seeding and said they graded my yard. I came home to soybean stubble instead of straw and have birds eating the seed. I HAVE BEEN WATERING EVERYDAY but gave up. They have not made my yard beautiful they just covered up trash and rocks.

Very pristine and smooth lawns, along with a great team of hardscape guys. The company is an all in all out respectful company
