From the initial quote and on, everything went downhill. I sent pictures of my front lawn only, had told them it would be front lawn only, yet 3 out of 4 applications, I was asked to do backyard, and on the last application, dude literally broke into my backyard (it was tied with rope and blocked with a big heavy rock) to spray and seed, after we had told them many times not to. They said it wasn't mentioned in my file at all, but could I get into my own profile? Oh no, after setting up an account, I was told many times that "I didn't exist!" So now my dog's toys are covered in seed and pesticide and I have to wipe down his paws every time he goes into the backyard. He REEKS of pesticides. The communication was also lacking and had to call a few times. They went to overseed and do liquid aeration, then I got a text the VERY NEXT DAY that were going to come out and do the overseed again??? Didn't seem like they were very organized. We will not be using this company again, very upset that I now have to monitor my dog in the backyard and wipe him down every single time for the next week or so. EDIT- Kelsey was extremely kind and helpful on the phone, so the update is for her. She addressed the concerns and made it right, and for that, I thank you.

Hello, We are very sorry that you were not happy with service. This is certainly not the type of service we want our customers to experience. I looked through the notes on the account and I do not see anything communication to the office for the notes to be updated for services to be "front only" which is definitely something we can add. I am not sure if this communication was only to the technicians and not directly to the office. We apologize that service was done in the back without your permission. The product dries after about an hour and should be safe for your pets. A lot of out customers have animals and we try to use the safest products we can. EDIT: Erbert Lawn Care did come out and aerate/overseed, so all is now good, though I was lucky on weather, with it not having yet snowed. --------------------------------------------------------- I wanted to use Erbert Lawn Care, so I inquired about liquid aeration & overseeing. I received a quote, thought about it, decided "okay, I like the tech", so I created an account, gave a credit card, and waited. This was Sept. 21. I inquired about when they were coming out and was told they do this during autumn, and were doing it then. Sept. 30, I emailed, again, asking, "when are you coming out?" The answer was they were doing them, and that I was in the queue. Today, Nov. 11, I called and was told, "we didn't have a confirmation", and it's now too late. I send the 9 message email chain, asking what wasn't done by me. Turns out, I did everything as I should have, yet the answer was, "whoops, sorry." Awesome customer service. Keep it up!

Service was ok - Disappointed same price regardless of size of lawn (front lawn is xeroscape so I basically paid double price). The worst part is the INCESSANT contact via text, email, phone calls. Way too much and pushed me to unsubscribe/block. I will not consider them in the future.
