  There is no communication between the National office and local franchises. I moved my service appointment and refused service. The local TruGreen still came to my property. I then called and the National Office said I wouldn’t be charged for the service. Then, I received the charge. So they lose thousands of dollars a year over $44. Good plan, TruGreen. Good play. It’s sad, because the actual service is good. But, do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on them. Find a local company.

  Tried to use this business but had the same problem as Brad and several others. No communication between the national and local service. Sales talk was flimflam. Tech showed up and provided unwanted vs needed services. National CS said to "pull out a hose to water" and kept rereading a script never answering questons, the next one said had to do reservice within 3 days and I could talk with the Tech when showed up but couldn't schedule a time. Still can't reach anyone who knows the business.

  Trugreen is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with they never got rid of any of the weeds they only spray certain things on your yard they say it's customized to what you need and that is a lie. We canceled the service but they kept on charging us for services they never performed. And when I called to ask about why they are charging us they just said we came out so you have to pay even though we canceled. they are real people but I might as well have been talking to a bot. No one you call is willing to help. I paid about a thousand dollars with nothing to show for it except another bill for something that never happened
