  Great company! The results speak for themselves. Our lawn is healthier than ever. All the employees are very friendly and professional. We also bundled their pest control service as well. Would definitely recommend both!

  Stay away this business. I would not recommend this service at all. They are not professional, they charged me more simply because I was on a long vacation and have not seen the bill, they sent to collections right away and when I got back they had charged me more and stopped service, didn’t do one of the applications and once I came back even though I paid the amount but they didn’t continue to finish their service. Worse customer service ever. I won’t recommend the service at all.

  We are sorry that you are unhappy with our Customer Service Policies for customers who have been turned over to Collections for unpaid accounts. As we explained during our phone conversation on 7/27 and 8/2, our computer system automatically processes accounts for non-payment after 120 days past due. Your services were performed on 4/15 and 5/18. We won’t continue to do applications when a customer has not made a payment or an attempt to contact us about their service. We made numerous attempts to contact you via email, text messages and voice messages without ever receiving any communication from you until the account was place with collections. This is your second year with our business and our procedures have never changed. You were pre-notified of your lawn applications, a ticket was left in the door of your residence, a statement is then mailed for payment. We have done the same as 2020 when we serviced your lawn.
