  I been in store 3xs i said ate you husqvarna dealer ain't a part one they don't have to order i said echo same gotta order i asked guy can u help me he says maybe look up part n tell her the number then I told them wat I needed they said we have to order i was gonna prepay n say order they just went about the business n left me hanging i said kindly ill just order over the internet net they said yep be the route to go ok??

  I think it's good business to call the customer and let them know what's going on with your service. I gave instructions for them to call to let me know. And they never did. I suggest that this company use a Post-It note to put up to remind them, if there that busy. There is no excuse for not calling the customer.😖
