  My elderly parents spent thousands of dollars on these trees a year later they are dieing because of disease. They said they would come take a look and never heard back. I guess I will have to get involved.

  I paid $1,730 deposit for a $4,326 home lawn irrigation system in Jan. 2020. For the next 3.5 months I'm asking multiple times when they will start. They finally started in late in April. I ask several times in May through June 22 - when can I expect the project to be finished? They finish in July. Shortly thereafter, the system, which siphons water from the lake, stops working. I go diving and find the intake valve was installed upside down and is sticking into the lake bottom - plugged by silt. They fix that in August. In September the system stops working again because the seals are leaking in the PVC pipe Doctor's installed causing the pump not to hold a prime. During this time periods they were back multiple times fixing various things that were installed wrong or did not work. Not to mention they did not deliver the system I asked for. Toward the end of this fiasco I find out that their regular experienced installers - hispanics who come seasonally from Mexico on work visas, could not cross the border due to Covid. The installers of my system had been doing this type of work for a few short weeks. The system still is not working today (April 2021) and I must find another company to come and rebuild failed parts and put in the type of heads I asked for but did not get. An expensive and frustrating experience compounded by the need to pay another company to get it right. Needless to say, this was Doctor's one and only shot at my wallet.

  I bought 4 trees may 2018 ($100.00 per tree) I planted them exactly as instructed. One died. I called thinking that the tree would be replaced. Instead I was told, “ tree only warrantied until December of year bought. The tree must have been diseased . I was invited to buy another one😂. I think I’ll be better off buying from “Lowes home improvement “ warranty for a year and half the price. I got the typical, “ Lake of the Ozark tourist treatment”. Being a home builder I was hoping I found a nursery I could use but I was wrong. Buyer beware of expensive diseased trees!!!!
