  I am reaching out through google so I can get help. I have been with Vaughn Irrigation for years and they open and close my irrigation system. I called to set up the start up months ago and was assured it would be taken care of. Well, here it is June 16th and my irrigation has not been turned on. I am not at my lake house on a regular basis and my grass is dying because I suppose someone forgot to schedule the opening of my irrigation. I will change my rating when I get certainly they will start my irrigation due to their scheduling glitch. Adding to my review. Actually it was very early when they wanted to start up the irrigation and we had a hard freeze. I did not want the irrigation to be started because of a HARD Freeze. This part should not be ignored in the response from the owner below. And after the hard freeze I called to set up a start up appointment a few weeks later. I did not worry I did not receive an invoice because I had to ask for an invoice before as I was told they went to a new system and it was taking longer to get invoices out. After speaking with the technician who was the nicest person you could meet, I changed my rating. It is because of him.

  Angela, I got off the phone with you at 11:27am and then you left this message? We did attempt to start your system in April but we were told to wait. As I told you on the phone, we will be out to start the system at our earliest opening. Our irrigation techs will be there as soon as it is possible for them to get there.

  I need every 2 week mowing and they will only do weekly. Their plan was mowing less amount of yard for more money than I'm paying now for full yard. Nice enough people but expensive.

  Hi Bobbie, unfortunately we do not offer a bi-weekly mowing service. The lawns here at the lake grow very quickly and it is hard on equipment and scheduling to mow yards every other week. The offer that was made for your lawn in order to make it more affordable was to mow the front weekly and take care of the back every other week. If we can help you going forward, please let us know!
