Called them on Tuesday morning March 1st around 9:00 am to have my Honda 21inch mower to be picked up for annual maintenance and have a rear wheel replaced. Called them again on Thursday, March 10th and the Dickens rep said that I had not been placed on the pickup schedule. He scheduled a pickup for following Monday (March 14th) @ 9:00 am. STILL WAITING!!!!!!!

Without doubt the best place for your lawn equipment needs! Great group of guys, knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and better prices than the big box stores. They even let me try it on their lawn before purchasing. Bought a zero turn and they delivered it to my house within 2 hours. Couldn't ask for anything more. Hometown service isn't gone, and supporting the dealer that will service it is always your best bet!
