  Im from Richmond, VA and I was helping out my daughter and son-in-law with a project they were wanting, a patio that required a retaining wall because of a steep slope and a fire pit. I started the project and due to weather and making 3 different trips I just felt like I was fighting an uphill battle working this project on my own. I contacted Arcadia and was able to get help to finish up the project. Shortly after contacting Arcadia they came back with a quote that was very reasonable and I accepted. 2 days later they had a crew of people on the job and finished it up in less than 2 days. They were very polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They worked steady and stayed in contact with me by phone as well as sent me pictures with their progress. They also made suggestions I didn’t think of that made the finished project look great. I would definitely use Arcadia again. Thank you Aleka and Doug for your help in getting this completed for me, my daughter and son-in-law. I just can’t thank you enough. Mike

  Our experience with Acadia was excellent. Started with a 4-zone irrigation system quote and eventually led to an extensive renovation of our entire grounds. Chad (design & project lead) and Robert (Irrigation system, electrical and lighting installation) were amazing. Dealt with some crazy late fall East Tennessee weather but kept the project progressing regardless. Good communication throughout with active participation from owner, Phil as requested. Work crews were polite, respectful and kept things tidy at the end of each work day. We especially enjoy the irrigation controller managed on our cell, the placement of the backflow valve in an inconspicuous location, and their providing the backyard escape we were seeking given the smaller, hilly terrain associated with our home. Truly maximized our exterior living space. They offer a professional/quality service that is a good value. Highly recommend.

  Finally, someone who actually resolved my issues with severe erosion on very steep banks! Acadia installed several retaining walls on my property and recommended deer resistant plantings which have turned out to be beautiful during Fall bloom. They had a large job/installation at my house, yet worked efficiently and completed the job quicker than estimated. Very pleased with the crew, communication, responsiveness to my questions, and the quality of work.
