Great place.   Love small town mentality.   The employee checking people out just saved me $40 by talking to a local lady for 10 min while the line started to form during the busiest time of the day.   I walked out this time due to having better things to do than listen to an intriguing conversation about photos on her phone.   Rest assured I'll be back and make sure I have plenty of time.

Slowly but surely I will get this done!

Not necessarily a bad place if you need something and dont mind waiting, they have good service, I feel they are understaffed for the front and should have 3 cashiers and 1 service desk

Love our local True Value, Diamond G.  They are always so helpful. We've had them deliver large loads to our house 30 minutes away on rough dirt roads -- they are pleasant, professional, and prompt!

Outstanding staff!! They are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!!

I always feel a bit uncomfortable when visiting. There's no mask mandate inside the store. No temperature check or a limit on capacity. However, I go here because they always have the things I need.

GREAT PLACE FOR NEEDED "MATERIALS ON HAND", FOR EITHER A MAN SHED OR A SHE SHED AND THEN SOME, DECENT PRICES ON QUALITY ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE STORE... MY FIRST VISIT WAS ENJOYABLE.... CAME OUT WITH MY ARMS FULL LOL!! AWESOME HARDWARE STORE!!

Just a word of warning. They don't wear face masks. The guy who took my husband's money was wearing a Cowboys for Trump t-shirt and no mask.My husband doesn't plan on going in there again for awhile.  A according to a friend of mind there was a case of covid there. So if you are old like us,be careful.

These are the nicest folks! We just moved here and knew absolutely no one. Our horse's are like our kids and we did not have a clue about a farrier. I had already called 2 gentlemen, made appointments and neither guy showed up. I was so frustrated! Then I asked the lady with the long, gray hair (I am so bad with names) about the situation. She told us about our current farrier. He is FABULOUS!! Don't know what we would have done without Diamond G. We are faithful customers for life!!

Why would the only hardware stores in this small town close at 5pm! That's when most hardworking men get off of work! It Should be open till at least 6pm or 7pm, really till 8pm!!! still love this store.

Was followed around the store, even into the parking lot. They have a monopoly for miles around so they can get away with not having pricing posted on building materials.

They were great. They had more staff today then other days. I thought about going to Albuquerque to home depot but I was taken care of here in Grants! Thank you Diamond G.

Typical small town Hardware store. A bit expensive but I don't mind paying a little more to support local business.  A Couple of older guys behind the counter to the right of the cashier are less than helpful.  However most of the other employees are helpful.

Poor customer service. It'd be cheaper to fill ur vehicle up and head to Albuquerque to get the parts needed.

The staff is always helpful and courteous. The hardware Has been used and works perfectly.

Very helpful if you need hardware or lumber. I'll keep shopping for my home improvement item.

Seriously, how hard is it to find pegboard spacers? No one was sure where they were and wherever they 'thought' they'd be they weren't. I mean I know they aren't an in-demand item but at least know where they would be and not where you 'think' they'd be...

Small town, great people. Way better than walmart. Usually if they dont have it they can order it.

Only hardware store in town. Priced little high. Need more selection. Was able to rig something to work until I could get to home Depot.

I love this store. The employees, and the store itself, are so inviting. I always find what I need and someone to help me if I can't.

They had the 15 amp circuit breaker and livestock supplies that I needed.

Pretty handy place almost anything ya want from cleaning to pet supplies to rebuilding yer house.

Whatever you might need for your projects they have it or can get it at a reasonable cost.

As always a great place to work on your house.
