Over 18 months of paying ($50+ per month + a one time $250 aeration/seeding), this is how my lawn looks like.  Every time I asked a tech who came to provide a service (every 45 days) why there were patches devoid of grass, each and every one said they didn't know and I should contact the company.  I contacted Davenport Environmental,
Bill/Service Mngr said Brian would stop by.

Brian's assessment..."you need more irrigation" ... "and you should consider re-seeding/aeration in advance of the fall" (of course another $250).

REALLY!!  So I didn't need ur company's services all along and pay close to $1000...all I had to do is water my lawn more often.

Frankly, I don't know what I'm getting for the money I'm paying, and the results speak for themselves.

One of my neighbors shared with me that they discovered that Davenport Environmental WAS NOT providing the full service they had been promised.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!  Their service is lackluster at best and not worth it.

Will be cancelling the service later today.

Since Davenport Environmental started treating our lawn, the weed is now 95% out and our lawn is so green. All the bald spots on the lawn have been cover due to the regular treatments every 6 weeks. This is the first time to see our lawn so beautiful and nice. We will definitely recommend Davenport Environmental to everyone that want their lawn to look good. They  are awesome 👌 👏

Best yard service in the business. Better product than TruGreen. Excellent customer service. A bit pricey compared to others but it's worth it to me. Shop elsewhere for your Tree and Shrub service. Insanely expensive at close to $500 a year for a yard with 3 brand new small trees on .08 acres.

Not a good experience. Had them come out 3 times within 6 weeks and my lawn looks the same as it did before. They even sent a “manager” to come out to review my lawn. He then called me very early in the AM to give me his plan. You should not be calling customers at 7 AM unless you have their permission. Service was terrible and customer service wasn’t any better.

I should have trusted the reviews here.

Davenport rescheduled my initial service 4 times. On the 5th attempt the technician calls me at work saying it just started raining again and we would half to reschedule again. I told him that this is the 5th time, and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out. I was told that the ground was way too saturated to get out his industrial sprayer because it would sink up and destroy my lawn. I said that I understood but is there anything you can do today? He told me that he could throw down some fertilizer and reschedule the weeding service. When I returned home from work I had 2 signs in the yard and a bill on my door saying a full service was completed. After 3 weeks not one weed died, and my yard was worse than ever. I called the office and they apologized and told me they would reschedule a full service at no charge. Today my wife just happened to be working from home. She watched the technician pull up proceed to leave paperwork on the front door, then spot spray the front yard pack up and leave.
