  They skipped out on 3 fall cleanups that I've already paid for, so I had to hire another company to do the work. I used Custer's Landscaping for two years and the workers did a great job, when they showed up. The owner can't run a business and they are unreliable. No response to getting a refund so civil suit is only option.

  Paid $4k for sod that ended up diseased. Was told they would replace it but they never showed up. Got PA Dept of Consumer Protection involved and Custers asked if they could try seeding the bare spots- no problem on our end, small business we get it and were game to try but it didn’t take. Have gone radio silent to both us and Dept of Consumer Protection… now going to have to go to court unfortunately.

  Custers did a fabulous job on a paver walkway for our home which included steps! They provided a very reasonable quote given the amount of work involved, they used the exact materials were asked for, and got the work done in the exact amount of time they said they would. I highly recommend them. They do excellent work.
