We are new customers and new to caring for a lawn. Jayson serviced our 1st application with Green Lawn Fertilizing, and he was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and even gave suggestions and tips for future use. He seemed very knowledgeable making me feel comfortable so I felt like I could trust the information he shared. So far, a great experience!
The only reason I gave a 4-star review is because we only had one encounter with the company, and we would like to see the impending results.

I was tired of trying to get my lawn green on my own. I knew that I needed a service that can help. I called a couple of companies and left messages. Green lawn was VERY responsive and at my house to do an assessment. The first season my lawn looked better than it had ever looked. I look forward to seeing how my lawn will look with a full season of maintenance, seeding and pest control. The prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely refer them to any of my friends and colleagues.

Unfortunately within two weeks the lawn browned out..  see original review below..  great service isn't worth it if product fails.

Service was very good.  The technician, Geno, actually came to the door before performing the service to explain everything he was going to do.  They took the extra time.   Phone customer service has been very good and the prices are extremely competitive.  Worth looking into.

This east Brunswick not west Chester. .Vinny was my lawn tech. My lawn needs repairing with many brown spots. This was the first application for crabgrass control. My tech was very friendly and got the job done well.  The was the first time and hoping that the grass will come around later this summer. Will post pics as lawn gets treated.   I hope this works, if I can notice a difference towards the end I will continue with them. As of now I am hopefully optimistic is the plan for my lawn.  will add photos as it gets warmer and more services. With continuing reviews I will def have before after photos as the season goes on.  This for new Jersey grass. And as to those that say no customer service are wrong.  So far the customer service has been great.  As u can see in my other reviews that is a big issue with me    stay tuned for updates.   Update 2. Ok. Again had crab grass and weed control. Been about a week or so and the big weeds are anready withering and starting to due and my grass has a dark green color. Also insect killer was laid down. I know this worked because I had a bunch of birds eating the dead bugs. And PETA don't worry none of them got sick or died.  Only one issue....CLOVER PATCHEs are not dying. I will be contacting company within 14 days if they are not dead to really come up with a plan to take care of them.  So if they take care of that I am pretty impressed.  I will keep updating and towards end of summer I will have before and after pictures

I  had creeping Charlie so I purchased a year of. Service. Well the creeping Charlie is gone but my lawn is dead in areas that  didn’t have creeping Charlie. The tech sprayed some plants but they survived. Then his hose dripped leaving tracks in my lawn everywhere he drove.  Then they said I had bare spots. Of course I do because you destroyed my lawn. My lawn is in really bad shape now. I called today to cancel next years automatic renewal but was told I cannot until after the last treatment.   I’ll call Tru Green for next year.

Green Lawn has saved my two story holly tree from distruction by scale and mites. After just a couple of applications I new my Holly would not have to be cut down. Within 6 months it started filling up with berries. They are professional and personable. Without question, I highly recommend them.

Christian Soto was my lawn tech who was very respectful. At the time Christian was training a new hire and making sure his trainee was doing a good job. Christian left detailed notes after servicing my property.

My front yard was already good... Lots of patches in my back yard, one of their salesmen came to my door and i showed him the back yard and he suggested power seeding during fall. I only wanted power seeding and he said he wouldn't do the power seeding unless i purchased 3 weed and fertilizer appointments and lime treatment. And he would not just do the back yard, had to do the entire back and front yard. He even said if you don't have grass by next season, we will come by for free and redo it. Ok fine, paid for it, and it did not kill any weeds by the way. I thought whatever i just needed the power seeding done. I followed their directions, watered as they said, this summer came around and there is LITERALLY no change i kid you not. Not a single of their seeds sprouted, front or back yard. When I called them and told them there was no change they sent over a tech and i showed him the back yard. He blamed it on dirt, rocks, and moss. The patches are not covered with moss, there is just a slight amount in some areas. I showed him the big spots where its empty dirt and there was a pebble on the ground and he picked it up and said its because of the rocks. I looked down and said what? you picked up a pebble that is 1/100th the area where he is saying grass didn't grow because of rocks. He then said yeah, the dirt isn't good enough, I have to rake the dirt and soften it up and told me to go to home depot and purchase my own seed and throw it on there with topsoil and pete moss and I'll have grass. So pretty much their service is useless. Then i asked about the money back guarantee and they said they did everything right and its pretty much my yard's fault. I told them the land didn't come with no grass at all. There is grass everywhere already but the patches where there is none is what i want to fix, which is the point of power seeding. They charged me over 300 dollars for literally nothing. I asked them to do power seeding again and they said if i purchase the entire summers worth of fertilizing and weed control they will do it for free. I said no, I rather have my money back or you do another application of power seeding. They said no they will not do that and I paid 180 just for power seeding and they will charge another 130 for another application. So they pretty much just stole my money. Their seed sucks and didn't grow at all (you can see from the pics attached). Their customer service is terrible, they do not care at all. They sent a guy over to my house twice to spray for weeds and fertilize when i told them I did not want their services again. If i was not home because of covid, I would not have seen his truck, would not have been able to stop him, and they would have sprayed everything and dropped off bills twice. I sent him back the first time and called and got removed off the list and they still came back again! Well I'm out 300 dollars and the only thing I can do is leave this review help others. By the way, my friend and neighbor went with the Lawn Doctor, and their yards are beautiful. Now i know who to go with next time. Check out the pics below, I emailed them these pics and they still want 130 to do another round of power seeding because to them, this is normal.
