Kalik is extremely responsive and communicates about costs and processes well. He moved a 13’ cabinet that was heavier than I think he was anticipating, but he was positive and efficient. He’s on my short list the next time I need help.

Best moving company I’ve ever dealt with hands down. The guys are extremely prompt & professional, but most of all the skill they posses is jaw dropping. By furniture was wrapped exquisitely, pads were thrown over to prevent any scratches, & bunjees applied in the truck to ensure a save travel to my drop off location. I would 200% recommend Crib Kingz for all services!!

I unfortunately broke a finger over the summer and had to hire someone for my lawn mowing needs.  Since this was obviously unplanned I was unsure of how quickly I could find help. Within 1 day Kalik had responded to my request and I was setup with weekly lawn mowings the very next week. My house is a corner lot and on one side is a fairly steep hill that is difficult to mow.  Crib Kingz did an excellent job every time. As I mended, I decided to keep their services for the remainder of the year and due to their extremely reasonable prices I plan on hiring them next year as well. I also hired them for some junk removal as well, and that also went extremely well.  He was punctual and very professional.  In addition his price was nearly half of what I was quoted by his competitors.  I would highly recommend Kalik and Crib Kingz.

“CRIB KINGZ” did a 6hrs move for me & my family last minute ..🙌🏽🙌🏽👏🏾& I was so surprised how fast and reliable his services was!! He make sure all my stuff handle with care.. His customer service was tremendously helpful & GREAT👏🏾..I will recommend his services!!! God bless this young man and his business ✊🏽

I called last minute. They made some adjustments to their schedule to get me in the next morning. They got the job done. Even removed trash. Definitely using them for future moves!

Update: Upon hearing from Kalik regarding the review, he chose to argue with me about my experiences in order to get me to reconsider the review. He continued to argue that his lunch was only 30 minutes, with 15 minute drive time. However, after double checking the time stamps, and google maps, he left my home at 1:50, told me he went to grab lunch at 2:05 and arrived at the new location (an 11 minute drive per google maps) at 2:49. So this is STILL over the 30 minute lunch. I did tell him I would consider updating and changing the rating if he would pay for the damages to the couch and the bookshelf. During this conversation, I noticed that I was also missing my Tempurpedic mattress topper, upon notifying Kalik about another item that was missing, I was told that nothing was missing, when both previous locations have been completely emptied and yet I still not have 2 dining chairs and the mattress topper. At no point has Kalik offered to rectify the situation, he has only asked me to take down or change the review. Due to this worsening customer service, I have completely soured upon this business.

Kalik and Armani were very professional, prompt and kind movers. I was quoted for a 7 hour move to combine 2 apartments into one. The move started off delayed through no fault of theirs but they got right to work, things moved very quickly, they had all of the right equipment to get us out of our old places. However, I underestimated the amount of stuff I had and it was stated that they should have moved my things first to pack the truck more efficiently, so it was noted that 2 trips would be made. After taking a 45 minute lunch at 2:04 they got to the final location at 2:49. Things and moving resumed without a hitch, with them moving boxes to the right location, etc. Until, unfortunately, they were stuck in the elevator at our new building from 4:49-5:33. Luckily the fire department came to rescue them! Then things took a turn. Although they were delayed due to only being able to use one elevator, their quality began to suffer and the second portion of the move was not as timely as it was in the beginning. I began moving items on my own in the apartment to get them into the correct location and to make things as efficient as possible so we could finish as fast as possible. Thus far I’ve noticed damages to some items, the bottom of my couch was ripped and a bookshelf has been damaged. Additionally, despite time stamps on when they took lunch and were in the elevator, we were over charged (quoted at 30 and 15 minutes respectively as opposed to the 45 min each took, resulting in me paying an extra $75). I would not use these movers for a large scale move. Also, insist on a premove walk through.  Kalik stated that had he seen my things first this could have been one trip instead of two, which was an additional 2.75 hours. I really wanted to give these young men 5 stars, and it started off as a 5 star move until we got to the new location! But after the slowed down move, being mistakenly charged for an hour of work that I’d already paid for and being over charged for the lunch and elevator times with proven time stamps I was told “lunch was only 30 minutes and we weren’t in the elevator that long,” I couldn’t. The next day, I noticed that we only had 2 of our 4 dining room chairs, I'm assuming they junked chairs meant to be moved! If you want quality, efficient movers who will get your move done in a timely fashion, go elsewhere.

This is a completely inaccurate review from a client who was upset that the bill was out of her price range due to her underestimating items. She also made fake claims about damages of items that were already previously damaged to get money off her bill which she tried to blackmail us & say if we don’t pay her she will make a false review. I have contacted Google to get this comment removed immediately due to the false claims against our work. When we were at the property & also left the move, we were told about the
great service we provided which we love to serve all clients. She was so content with our efficiency she wanted to leave a good review, which she urged me to send her the link for. Odd enough, two days later she comes up with imaginary claims in return for money which is disheartening! I hope you have a blessed day though.

Our original shoveler had canceled on us.. but Kalik was able to step in and make sure our driveway and sidewalks were clear on short notice so my roommate could go to work. He was super fast, extremely friendly, and professional. And the snow removal job was masterful- I honestly have stared at it lovingly multiple times now. You can tell he takes pride in this amazing business he’s built. I will be referring him to everyone!

Kalik showed up on a very hot Sunday to haul away some old windows and cardboard boxes. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient in his work ethics. He completed the work in record time and did a thorough job. He exceeded my expectations.
