  My project was aeration, over-seeding & compost top dressing of my large, hilly yard. My dealings with The Green Team were smooth from initial discussion through project execution and final invoicing. The on site team of 3 was professional, thorough and helpful. I felt they were there to do my job right and never felt that they were rushing. They proactively identified where additional TLC was warranted. I was delighted with The Green Team’s work and I would definitely use them again. I will recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs lawn rehab.

  From beginning to end The Green Team has exceeded my expectations! My yard was in desperate need of help. The Green Team was professional, timely and worked with me on getting what I needed done with my budget. The team came out and did the job in 1 day. I was at work when they came and when I came home, what a transformation! I am so pleased , I cant say enough about their work. I would recommend anyone looking for landscaping to definitely give them a try! It was worth every dollar I spent!

  Lawn care is very expensive and all I have asked that they call ahead before coming for a service. I have kids (hence why I’m interested in organic lawn care) and they leave toys and stuff in yard that if it’s not picked up before they come they either spray it with compost/fertilizer or miss that part of my yard. They have been completely unable to call ahead , instead just showing up. And then after two services of me asking if they could call, I get an email saying they will charge me a fee each time they “have to call” and then…. They still didn’t call and just showed up and scared my nanny who is watching my kids while I’m at work. I’m very disappointed as I love this organic lawn care but they have very poor customer service for the price. .

  I am sorry you didn't have a great experience or if our company is not a good fit for your needs. Our prices are based on current supply costs and current labor rates. At this time we don't have the capacity to call ahead, up to a few hundred clients, unless we charge for that service. That said, if you purchased a 'call ahead' service and we didn't call ahead, we are happy to refund your money for that service.
