  I bought a zero turn cadet a few weeks ago and they told me that I needed to change the oil after I mowing a full tank. When I went to change the oil the oil plug was put on with an air tool and I couldn't get it off. I also noticed that it had plumbing tape around the threads making it that much tighter. When I called to ask about it I was told by a lady that she was alone and I would have to wait until next week. She also said that they have done this before and would send someone out to loosen it. When I called the next week a guy answered and said he would have to wait until the next week so I waited another 5 days and called again. This time a different guy answered and asked me if they were supposed to be a charge for coming out here? I was confused since this was not my fault so why would they be charging me anything. They should be giving me something for the inconvenience. This was my first time buying anything from them, not sure if I will be a return customer 🤔

  Great place for tires, tire repair, and Cub Cadet. I have only done business in there a hand full of times over the past few years, but they always treat me like I'm their longest, most steady repeat customer. I'm sure they will treat you right too. I would trust them with my needs for any other products or services they might offer as well.
