  I wish this could be a positive review, I usually only use reviews for highlighting when people really impress me. But my frustration level is maxed out. I am in the middle of repairing my sprinkler system after a septic tank replacement, Initially I was very impressed. He was personable and seemed to do a great job. I am part way through the work needed and they have stopped returning calls and stopped returning text messages. To be fair its been some time in between when the work was started and when I was ready to have it finished, but all I wanted was to get scheduled in. Now Its been 18 days since their last contact. I have reached out repeatedly with no response. My lawn is dying and he still owes me some work I was promised. Last night I had to do it myself. I understand busy its that time of year, but to ignore requests for communication is a terrible way to run a business. If your too busy that's fine don't just ignore your customers, especially the ones who have already paid you.
