  Back in 2020, one of the employees from complete landscaping intentionally vandalized my vehicle. (Rubbed their machine against my car starting from the front bumper to the back of the car, leaving deep scratches on every panel of the car) Luckily the motion sensor on my outdoor camera triggered and captured this incident. They denied vandalizing my vehicle which resulted in getting the police involved. I was able to share the footage with the officers then they accepted liability even though they were denying being anywhere near my car before footage was presented. On 11/19/2021 complete landscaping came back out and to the property to rake up the leaves. For some odd reason they gathered the leaves on my car despite having whole empty parking lot to do so. I went and asked them wth they are doing and they were acting confused. Unfortunately the motion sensor wasn’t triggered this time and I wasn’t able to present the footage to the police and the insurance company. There is no doubt this was intentional vandalism as there was no apparent for them to scratch my car with handful of empty parking spaces near the car. The management first agreed to accept liability as they did last time, but once they realized the surveillance camera didn’t get triggered this time they “investigates” the incident for 3 weeks buying time then finally denied liability. The management (Tracey Martin) has been ducking and dodging my calls for the last 3 weeks but finally returned my call after I had cc’ed the property management and asked to terminate the vendor upon expiration of the contract in January. “You’ve never left me a voicemail” in fact I’ve left her several voicemails almost everyday for the last 3 weeks. Stay away from these shady vendor. Because the property management is aware of the on going issues residents experienced with this shady vendor. Stay the HECK away.

  Good Morning Mr. Opoien, Thank you for the information regarding Complete Landscaping allegedly damaging your vehicle. It can be extremely frustrating when personal property is damaged. We did receive a phone call at our office reporting this most recent incident. We immediately began to conduct our due diligence with our crew and management staff. The crew on site that day was interviewed and the manager for our Virginia branch went to the community to see the damage first-hand. Everyone on our team stated repeatedly that we did not damage the vehicle. The photos provided in your review do not conclusively prove fault and the recount of how the damage was caused changed multiple times. Based on the review of all of the information provided, we had no choice but to deny responsibility for this incident. The decision was clearly not acceptable, and following receipt of a slanderous email sent by you, we felt it best to turn this entire claim over to our insurance company and allow a third-party team to determine fault and outcome. Again, we are sorry that you experienced damage to your property, but we stand by our conclusion that this was not caused accidentally or intentionally by Complete Landscaping Service. At this time, we ask that all future communication regarding this claim be directed to either the Property Manager of the community and/or the insurance company referencing the claim number provided.
