Commonwealth Irrigation & Landscape did an amazing job with repairing my sprinkler system. The tech, Sampson, was customer service friendly and professional. He went above and beyond. While I expect a technician to be skilled in the work they are performing, which Sampson was..., my decision, however, to continue doing business with a company is determined by whether or not a company can deliver great customer service. Sampson indeed exceeded the bar.

This company decided to call me a liar instead of fixing the issue. I'm not a liar. I however do have dead trees because they never completed the work that I needed. I stand by my review. They are horrible. They came in April without having enough time to complete all of the work that we needed. My husband showed them everything that we needed done. They said that they'd have to come back. We couldn't get them back until June. They came when I was home with my special need's child. I didn't expect to have to show them what needed to be done, again. Since I couldn't drop everything and leave my special need's child unattended they are trying to charge me almost $80. Without ever finishing the work. How many times should someone tell them what needs to be done? They should have finished the first time or at least written down what needed to be done when they came back out. When I called they tried to tell me that they don't have it in their notes from April that they didn't complete everything. Pretty convenient, that they want to get paid by me to not do anything. Let's use our brains here if you'd have finished everything in April then why would you come back in June? There's a reason they have such low ratings on Yelp they suck. Their staff is unprofessional, as they hung up on me. They accused me of yelling when I never even raised my voice. Just ridiculous!!!

Stafford/Fredericksburg/Dale City/Manassas/Northern VA residents need to make an informed decision on whether or not to use this company. Highlighted areas to address 1. Slate wall stable and not like existing where bump or step on ring and slate shifts/moves 2. Area in back corner water/drainage and when rock removed need to be mindful of how to deal with drainage/runoff 3. Front area under bay window as even/parallel as possible so no slant down towards tree on right corner of house *Seems uncoordinated, unplanned, and and ad hoc – jumping from back to front and not completing anything before moving on *Corner area left completely half finished Division Manager came on site and reviewed work. *Admitted if it was his yard/project he would have concerns just as I do. -Front unfinished with sod likely to die -Back yard drainage issue, irrigation line exposed, slate piles and torn up yard -Front wall loose and no heavy stones Unstable due to many small stones placed within wall A down payment of $2140.16 was made on 26 June Received an invoice for $3878 balance due. Would you pay more for this?

Dennis, Thanks for your feedback. This project was off to a good start, until you began your interaction with our team. In fact, you never left them alone. That caused delays in the work, slowing of their production and creating a situation that caused them to move from one part of the property to the other. The item about drainage, that was the day of the tropical storm, your yard had drainage issues before we got there and still does. In fact, you did not give us a chance to finish anything, to include the overall project. But we continued working to get items complete. At the 80% point, you decided to "cancel" the project and asked for a refund of your down payment. Simply, that is not how it works. We have contracts that are in place. In this instance when you decide to cancel a project that is underway, your are simply being asked to pay for the work completed. So instead of letting us finish, instead of honoring the contact, you just say, I am not paying the prorated amount and start your BS online. You have been a customer of ours for almost a decade. During that time, you have done nothing but give our staff and field team a hard time about everything, sadly, we put up with it. That was our mistake. Do not call us any more, just go away.
