  These guys are great! They are professional and nice, let you know what they are doing before and after the job, are safe, do the work needed (without butchering your trees) and clean up, all while enjoying the work that they do. Couldn't ask for a better company.

  First, our Arborist, Brian Barbre, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, affable, and exuded confidence in the projects to be completed through the winter and spring. Second, the crew removing our tree were consummate professionals--uniforms/clothing very neat, equipment well cared for, and vehicles clean--as compared to the fly-by-night, door-to-door tree service "companies" that come to our door. The crew removed a very large beech tree in our pool enclosure expeditiously with no collateral damage. They took care to minimize their presence on the property, and after they departed, you would not know that they had been on the property at all. I am looking forward to continuing our business relationship into the future.

  We've used Bartlett Tree Experts twice and will definitely be using them again for any future tree or shrub work needing professional assistance. Brian Barbre has taken the time to thoroughly walk our yard and answer all of our questions not just those specific to the work called out for. His knowledge as an arborist is invaluable. We've learned so much from him and he never makes us feel rushed through our appointments or the process. The crews assigned to come out to complete the work show up on time, get right to work, and clean up when done is so thorough you almost don't know they've ever been there. They removed three trees whose root systems were invading our septic system, two very large Sweet Gum trees and one Oak tree. Hiring them meant hiring people with the knowledge to do the job without damage to the septic system and drain field they had to work around/near. The equipment they brought in and used was designed to get the job done fast and provide little to no damage to you yard. They brought out protective pads to lay across the grass areas for their heavy equipment to ride over. The bottom line is when hiring Bartlett you're getting true PROFESSIONAL knowledge and QUALITY work.
