  CLS has been caring for our lawn for years, when Michael came to meet with us he shared that he provided services to the prior two homeowners! Michael is a clear communicator with prompt follow through. I appreciate the collaborative process, with CLS doing the heavy lifting tasks so that I can enjoy the lighter maintenance tasks. We wouldn’t chose to go with anyone else!

  We hired CLS for a landscaping project in the Basye/Bryce Resort area. They did excellent work and we are very pleased with the result. Michael Franklin and the CLS team were responsive and professional at all times. They worked with us to make sure we were on the same page as to the scope of the project and when the work would be completed. And they were true to their word! Would definitely use CLS again in the future.

  A great many companies toss out lines about “service” but few seem to understand what that used to mean in America. Michael Franklin and his team at CLS Landscaping clearly do understand, as the company tagline “Because service matters” was evident at every step in our recent experience. They came by to give me a free estimate, which they put into writing. We set a date and they showed up right on time with all the tools and personnel needed to complete the work. They were polite and respectful, we shared a couple laughs, but for the most part they went straight to work and ‘got ‘r done.’ They went above and beyond in moving a few timbers for me, and took the time to explain some forward-looking lawn care steps to insure I got the full long-term value of their work. I paid them in full, added a tip for the great service, and waved as they drove away. That was when the final touch of old-school class happened. I live on a mountain and the drive leading up is quite steep. That didn’t stop one of the young men who works for Mike from jumping out of the truck from somewhere down the road and running back up to the house to personally say ‘thank you sir’ for the tip. What that says about that young man’s character, and about the culture within CLS as a company, is remarkable. If the on-time, top-quality performance hadn’t already secured me as a loyal customer, the closing act of courtesy cemented CLS at the top of my list. Michael Franklin and CLS Landscaping will be my first choice for any work around my home, I will recommend them to all my neighbors, and I encourage anyone reading these words to give them a try.
