Erik did an awesome job!!  Our house had some mold on one side and hadn’t been cleaned in years.   Our house looks amazing!!! Erik was great to work with and the price was great!   Thank you for the great work!!!

Erik did a wonderful job on power washing my house, porch and driveway! He was very nice and very thorough on his job. He took the time to go above and beyond for me on an issue which I didn't expect him to do. I would highly recommend him and his pricing is fair! Cashen’s Power Washing just soft washed our house.  What a difference!  Our siding looks brand new!!!  He also cleaned the ac unit outside in addition.

I feel lucky to have found Cashen's this Spring. Rather than making a sales pitch, Erik paid attention to my needs and preferences, came and evaluated my yard, then presented me with a couple of options to choose from. He shows up on schedule and does a great job. When he cut the grass this week, he was really happy about a new, state-of-the-art mower he's purchasing. It was great to see a business owner so excited about doing his best for his  customers!

Would HIGHLY recommend! Finally! A contractor who is knowledgeable about his work, professional, shows up on time, and did exactly what he said!
