If there was a ZERO rating it would be mine for Captain O's !! My first time using them was horrible, took my riding mower for a yearly service , took my pressure washer to have the gasoline port taken out and cleaned and took my generator for service, they had my stuff for a month and said my mower was running but the compression on the pressure washer and generator was to low , the day to finally get them the mower would not start and he wanted to know if I wanted to keep the pressure washer and generator. They didn't fix anything I took them after a month of having them and didn't call or contact me about any problems till the day I went to get them after I called them to check on my stuff . NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO CAPTAIN O'S !!

We own a farm and have lots of equipment and repairs. In fact we own two lawn tractors. For different times we called them for the same issue. Each time they told us it was something different. The last and final time they called a week later to tell us we owed almost 400.00 for a repair. Never did they call and authorize or discuss this with us. When I tried to talk to him he argued with me stating the problem was with the people using the lawn tractor. He lied and argued stating that the reason for the repair was that our staff was jump starting the tractor using a car battery. He was insistent that it was a completely different problem. Meanwhile each and every time they were called because the key would not turn over. The same problem but they kept inventing new repairs. He was very quick to tell me that if I didn't pay the repair he would just sell my lawn tractor. A repair I never approved in the first place.

I recently took my pressure washing equipment here and was just needing an unloader valve replaced, it only takes 20 minutes to install and 5 minutes to adjust the pressure. When I called over and asked when they would have it done, they said they were working on it and had been working on it for 15 minutes. I replied with, "you don't have much more to go then, I am assuming." He replied, "this is going to take a while longer." I said, "it shouldn't take but 30 minutes for the whole process according to many other small engine repair shops around Danville." He then said with a smart tone, "well then you can come get it and do it yourself." I had been told by many people that have previously used this business that they take much longer for jobs than they should, doing so allows them to hike the final price. When I arrived, before I went in to let them know I was picking up the trailer, I checked to see if it had even been touched... it had not been worked on or even touched at all. I went in and asked how long they had worked on it and they said 30 minutes. I said, "nothing has even been touched in the trailer." He then replied with, "I dont care what you think, you're only getting back half of your deposit." They were very arrogant, rude, and were being smart alecks the entire time I was there. I would definitely not recommend anyone taking their equipment to this place, I will never come back here again. As a customer, I have never felt so disrespected.
