My Lowes shopping were a great! Shopping  Experience when I saw all those beautiful flowers and since I was shopping for my early Birthday Present I fount three of the most beautiful house plants that I purchased it wish I could purchase more but I live in a apartment not much room for too many flowers

Items are expensive, but that’s probably typical for big box home improvement stores.

This location is well-organized and though it can be difficult to find staff for questions, they’re always super helpful once you do. (The lady in the paint section comes to mind.)

I went in to get paint for a bathroom remodel. Venus was so wonderful and helpful from start to finish and even let my son come behind the counter to watch the process of adding color and mixing.

Went to return an item that has a return policy timeframe. I am well aware what category my item was in for this. I am supposed to have a 90 day time frame as it was craftsman brand. Per their website it states outdoor power equipment for craftsman or black and decker brand have 90 days, all others have 30 days. It was purchased 60 days ago. Still completely wrapped even with white straps still intact. The assistant manager, Nathan, did not handle everything to his capability and he embarrassed myself and my husband in front of his colleagues.  He was very snooty and wouldn't give me a refund. Kept telling me I only had 30 days (even tho lowes.com states for craftsman it's 90 days) and stated he could make an acception but bc I didn't purchase product at their specific store that he couldn't help me. He was very rude.  Lowes employees don't even know their own policies and make me think I don't understand what I read online. It specifically states craftsman and black and decker outdoor power equipment have an exception. Which is what brand I purchased. So now this brand new still packaged generator is sitting in my house and time is clicking by for my refund of $700!! I will NEVER shop at lowes every again. Employees don't even know their policies. Would much rather have put my hard earned money to home depot. A little more expensive but guess you pay it forward for quality service. They would have never denied this return. Have never heard I have to return something to the store I purchased at, which is impossible as I purchased this product when I bought my house but before we moved. So they want me to drive 9 hours one way to return this unopened craftsman product when it is CLEARLY stating return policy online! Outrageous.

I can usually find everything I need for home improvements and projects here. I love visiting the garden center! The staff are helpful and friendly.
