  I had high hopes of doing business with Clay at C-Scapes. We had a great initial meeting. We spent a little over an hour at our home going over what we were looking for. I left the meeting feeling excited and very good about it. However, that is where the warm and fuzzies started to dwindle. We exchanged 2-3 text messages over the next week. He was supposed to send me a quote via email. That has never come and the communication ceased. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes of a regular, long standing, and fruitful business relationship. I believe in supporting the small business, as that is what I am. But, communication, follow up, and follow through is an absolute must. Maybe my business was not for him? Maybe he was too busy? Maybe who knows what? Just communicate. Now, I have lost a month and have to start my search over. Just be honest with folks and communicate.
