  A place of business should treat you well whether you're coming in for a big purchase or a small repair, while you're still under warranty. Especially if you've done business with them for years. But no, their default is to blame you and list the things you might have done to cause the problem. And getting a call back would be great.

  Bought mower from them last year, went to buy blades and the guy said he can’t get them. I brought a blade in and he couldn’t match it. Told me nothing but excuses. Didn’t even say well I can order them, it was if I was bothering him. Terrible help and customer service. I had to call Nebraska to order my own blades which he could have done. Terrible,Terrible, help
