We have used ABC for our rodent and pest control for years. They always send someone who is knowledgeable and professional. We particularly like the new text message reminders which include a photo of the person who will be doing the service.

Weird location for GFCI and several of them. Quickly located, checked, replaced, and working.  Polite and knowledgeable

Brandon came and brought traps for raccoons that were destroying our front porch,and eating our cats food. Brandon took the time to show me how to reset the traps.
He was very patient and   understanding. That night we caught the first racoon. I contacted ABC and Brandon said he would be out to get it and assured me the racoon will be relocated and not harmed.
I have been very pleased with his handling  of the whole situation.

As always, ABC is a bit pricey for their ancillary services but great value for bugs. They ALWAYS show up when promised and do their work with utmost integrity - often going above & beyond. For Pest Control, Armando is the absolute best we’ve ever had and that is no exaggeration!

You know how you don't miss something until it is gone? That is my story about their pest control technician, Stephen Robertson. Loved this guy and was so happy he was our tech. Then suddenly, it wasn't him, it was another tech...

A hand full of appointments come and go and then Stephen shows up again! You can't imagine my joy to see he is back!! I have now requested that he is my regular tech. So thrilled! HQ worked with me and said they can make that happen regularly.

Each time I speak with the company they are great. Nothing wrong with the other guy but ya know, ya click with some folks. Stephen is awesome and I am so happy he is back. Props to the scheduling gal that always helps me as well. Bravo Marble Falls team!

We use ABC for exterminating.  Steven, Horseshoe Bay, is so professional and always takes the time to explain how he exterminates for different Texas hill country critters.  I am not from Texas. He is trustworthy and Amazing!  ABC is lucky to gave him as their employee!!

They just don't take responsibility of their performance and employees. They rush without making sure all is good. They did AC maintenance and the work caused a leak causing the ceiling to leak in the garage. They want no part of the responsibility.

The leak was right where you enter the attic, just turn and look easily visible with no obstruction. If you can't take 4 minutes to review the scope of your work and make sure you provide a QUALITY service, then you maybe you shouldn't be in business.

And no, I won't ever use your company even more. And yes, I did see what was you were talking about, but it still does not relieve your responsibility.

We regret to hear your dissatisfaction with ABC, and thank you for speaking with our manager on July 2nd as he tried to explain how this was not part of/under ABC’s work and in turn, something we cannot take responsibility for. The original installation company (which was not ABC) who installed the drain line when your house was built did not glue a drain line fitting in your attic, which caused the leak. This leak was over 20 feet away from the HVAC system we were working on, and why it was not visible or discoverable during our inspection.
Our manager offered to email you the pictures our AC specialist took so you had a better idea of what was happening and how it wasn’t our responsibility, but you declined to have them sent to you. We are here for you in the future if you choose to have ABC help with your home's needs.

We set up an appointment with ABC to repair pool equipment damaged in the Feb 2021 freeze.  Robert came to the house within the four hour window and installed a new valve actuator (multiport) and created a bypass around a damaged ultraviolet light unit which we decided not to replace. He also showed us how to activate the pool's water feature. He was quick, professional, and informative. He discussed options on the repairs.  He has 36 years of experience in this business and it shows.  We highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of pool repairs.
