  Hired for a quick lawn mowing job for a house I’m selling. I made it clear that I would not be at the property to verify the job was done. So, one would think pictures would be taken before I pay in order for me to know the job was completed. Pictures weren’t taken so there was no way for me to see if the job was done. When I asked about pictures, Dylan said he’d have to charge a “service fee” of $35 just to send proof. The yard was small and the original cost was $26. When I said it was a miscommunication on both of ends and thought $35 would be fair, he threatened to put a lien on the property.... over a 10 DOLLAR difference. I paid the amount to save the back and forth with an unreasonable “business” owner. On top of that, the yard job was average at best. This business clearly looks to nickel and dime over anything they can. I solicited the job on a Facebook yard sale page, so I guess I should have known. Would NOT recommend the headache and fees. There are plenty of better options in NKY.
