Nothing but trouble with this service over the past 4-5 years. They put pre-emergent down on my yard in the early spring without even contacting me and they killed all my new grass seed. They were not even under contract to do the service. Their response was “well you’re overseeding is only 15% effective anyway.” Still charge me for the service that killed my grass. I paid it. Then this fall I call them because we have a couple small spots in the yard that are being hit up by something. They come out and tell me it’s a bug and they sprayed those small spots. A few days later my yard is gone as you can see in the photos from army worms. They misdiagnosed the bug and then only treated a couple small spots instead of treating my whole yard. I contact them to have my yard slice seated and they tell me they don’t have time. I’m even willing to pay! This is the third big issue I’ve had with them over the last 4-5 years. I would strongly discourage anyone from using the service. I have called them and canceled my service after giving them multiple chances to make it right. I Had a grass disease called Pythian on turf a few years back. As soon as we seen a few small spots we called them but they did not show up for a long time. By the time they get to my home my entire front and side yard was gone. Terrible responsiveness.

Extremely happy with their lawn servicing. Aaron has done an awesome job getting my yard back to green, thick & lush. Highly recommend BEC!

We switched this year and were hopeful because they are a local company. Based on the reviews we’ve just seen, We now understand something is going wrong with their organization. As others mentioned customer service is typically rude and short with you and they are pretty much useless—they just transfer you to the person who’s assigned to treat your lawn and that person may or may not call back. The lawn was beautiful before they started and now there are weeds and crabgrass. It’s almost August and we’ve only gotten 2 treatments. Guess they will give the 3 remaining in a 2 month span and really do a number on the lawn. Save yourself some time and anguish and look elsewhere.
