Thomas, the technician that does my lawn, does a fantastic job of communicating and getting to my lawn when it needs it. My lawn looks way better than when I moved in - it took some patience for things to improve, but I've been using them for over a year now and am very happy with the very noticeable progress. He even throws a couple dog treats in the bag that gets left on the doorknob. I'd recommend them!

Mike met with my neighbors and me and described the army worm issue. He worked with each of us to treat the affected areas in a proactive way. Kudos to Buckeye Ecocare for their great service!

They treated my lawn and I still have so many weeds weeks after. They will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave. This is the worst service and lawn treatment I have ever had. Go elsewhere if you want professional service and weed treatment! Absolutely the WORST!

My wife and I initially really liked Buckeye EcoCare. They were prompt and interactive, and we saw a noticeable difference in our lawn's health and vitality. However, they really fell through when we hired them to slice seed our lawn. They said that we could slice seed as late as November, despite our reservations, and assured us that they guaranteed their work. Of course...only one patch of grass sprouted in the spring. Despite this, we were told that it "sometimes takes a year" for the grass to come back and to be patient. We continued paying Buckeye EcoCare and waiting for the lawn to recover. It never did. When I complained to their customer service, they blamed me and refused to re-seed. I ended up putting down new topsoil and re-seeding on my own. I probably wasted close to $800 on the slice seeding and year of treatments. If you're hiring them for treatments, they're great. If you're hiring them for anything else, be careful.

Do not trust this company. They will promise you anything up front then ignore you. They offer free lawn consultation but apparently that is only if they haven’t received your money.  I had my yard aerated, topdressed, and seeded. Spent over $2000 and also made the mistake of prepaying in January. I called multiple times and was promised each time they would be out to start. After over a month and threatening to get a refund did I finally get somewhere. I was told it was because of the rain they were so backed up but I would have thought scheduling the service last October and paying for it in January I wouldn’t have to wait until after 3 solid weeks of perfect weather for them to acknowledge me, in mid-may.  After  three weeks of beautiful weather where my grass would have grown, they finally work. Of course the day after they seed we get heavy rain. I was concerned the seed had washed away so I called them since they state free yard consultations. They said someone would be out in several days and would call me. That was in may, no response as of July. Status report on the yard. Maybe 50% of the seed they planted came up even after watering as directed. They did not provide me a list of the seed composition used.  If they used starter fertilizer or anything at all. This was $2000 absolutely wasted.
