We had Broccolo install a garden for us this spring. It was beautifully laid out, they did a great job in this regard. That being said the communication and assistance with some issues in regards to the plants has been less than desirable. They have shown up without giving me a heads up therefore I have not been home. They have been an hour late when I did make an appointment. And overall the communication has been poor. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I do get a hold of them. I will definitely continue shopping there but I would not have them install any more gardens because I can’t trust that I’m going to be assisted in a timely manner.

First time I shop at Broccolo's and couldn't be more pleased! Their products are top of the line but what most impressed me is their customer service, from the young man who staffs the store and was so helpful and knowledgeable, to the driver who delivered the yard of compost. They also keep their word: promised to deliver the compost before noon and did so before 11 a.m. (barely one hour after I purchased it!). Can't wait to do business with them again.

I have had others, Do my cleanup to open and close season. The last two years using Broccolo has been a eye opening experience. They not only did better job but they did it so much faster. Makes me wonder if the others were just trying to up hourly rate. I highly recommend Broccolo for all your home and garden needs. Thanks Broccolo!
