  Took a pressure washer that was used only once to be repaired cause it wouldn't start. Picked it up only to have BIGGER issue. ITS LEAKING GAS when that never happened before I took there , now will cost 3x the money to fix. Only bright spot was they refunded my money.. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING !!!!

  When we received this Item someone else had already been working on it. It was missing the bolts that hold the air cover on. We replaced those at no charge. We cleaned out the carburetor and replaced the spark plug he took it home and used it for 2 minutes and said it stopped working. He brought it back and we looked at it. The motor had issues and We told him it should have been under warranty from where he bought it. We even offered to talk to the place he purchased it from and refunded all of his money back. I don't know what else we could have done.

  We needed help regarding an issue that wasn't even related to Lawn enforcement and they went out of their way to help us and offer us advice. I guarantee you I will be giving them all the business I can from here on out. The customer service can't be beat!

  Excellent service! I had my generator and push lawn mower serviced here. Reasonable price and very quick turnaround. They have a gentleman, Ray, who can pick up and/or drop off for a mere $20ea. Ray picked up my equipment, made sure it was secure for transport, it was serviced and brought back to me 2 days later. Both run MUCH better!!!
