I currently have a Toro zero turn in for service.  Tim is the mechanic who is working on my mower.  He was very helpful when I initially brought the mower in.  He helped me unload it as well as looked it over thoroughly before taking it into the shop.  I spoke to him today and he had to contact a Toro representative to order needed parts. He was my advocate as he discussed the problem with my mower.  I feel that Tim is an excellent mechanic and excels at customer service.  I highly recommend Beltsville and will continue to use them for servicing my mower, chain saw and blower.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!  Tim is the BEST!

Purchased a Stihl chainsaw from here. Good selection of saws to look at on display. I cannot speak to their maintenance service. Customer service during the saw purchase was good.  Employee came outside to walk through features — which was nice since it was my first Stihl saw.

They may not always have your part but the lady at the front desk  Very  Courteous And experience she take the time looking up and find for you If they don't have it  She will get it order Or tell you who may have  Local Just don't get that kind of service anymore I will always buy a from this place

Absolutely the worst customer service experience! Initially, they said my lawn mower would take 8 weeks to fix. After I said I would complaint to Lowes (where we bought the mower and protection plan from), they said they would try to make it faster.

Two weeks later, they call and say they are having trouble verifying the serial number, and they haven't even looked at it yet to see what's wrong with it. Stephanie, their customer service rep. was rude, and very unprofessional. She said she was going to send it back and charge me for two ways transportation. I asked her to wait until I figure the issue out with Lowes, but she really did not want to do business.

Luckily, I spoke to Lowes' management and explained to them how bad this place is, and took care of my problem on the spot.

I highly recommend to stay cleared of this place if your time means anything to you.
