  My own riding mower decided to break down and I was in need of someone to take care of the lawn while it was being fixed. Bear City was very quick to call back, gave a very reasonable estimate for our lawn size, and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for fast, quality lawn care.   Bear City stepped up quickly when I called and has always done a great job maintaining my lawn. The yard always looks good when they are done and every time I talked with the staff they have been polite and courteous. I have recommended them to my neighbor for a trimming project and they showed up the next day!

  They said they would mow my yard late on a Friday. It was never done. I called them Monday afternoon. He said they got busy, but he never called me. He asked me to text him my address again because “it’s in my truck somewhere.” He said it was very inconvenient and he was very put out to mow my yard the next day. Disorganized, rude. Poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere and I’m so happy I did!
