Showed up when they promised and did everything as described. The job was fairly large and multiple days in around outbuildings and my home without any incidents. During their costing process they were able to help determine what trees could safely remain and ultimately were able to take out less than I had originally expected. Their arbors are clearly well educated and experienced. We ended up taking out about 20 larger trees total between 16in and 28in in diameter. They determined they needed less time than expected and reduced the invoice without me even asking. I'd recommend them and use them again. phil

I have some old trees that we are trying to nurse along and the crew did a great job at cleaning them up and stabilizing them. You can't really see the cables, as they are so high. Looks much better and the trees will be much better for it as well

We had so many tree limbs cut off and up towards the sky that our privacy has been lost completely from the street. Many smaller branches and limbs that gave personality to our trees have been cut to the point where somehow the trees all look vertically upwards like toothpicks. After the drastic shearing and cutting, I drove around for hours in the Grandin area, marveling at the beauty of the trees that weren't cut and had their God given beauty still. While we were told they were raising the canopy 10-15", I don't think the harborist communicated how much privacy would be lost and that the limbs were a more permanent cut and not just a tree trimming. This job would have been better done in stage A and stage B. In fact, having (now) read about tree trimming, they do recommend cutting treesin ages stages because the change may be enough after some original cutting, to prevent disappointment. I miss our old yard. This is my own opinion, my husband is more happy with the work than I am, but I feel like if this review helps one person out there, it's worth it to me.
