Although the payment reminders were annoying, especially since I had requested to pay for the entire year up front, and that request ignored. The unprofessional rating comes from the response to the cancellation. I received an email to renew and did not renew. I then received a notice of upcoming service and replied that I did not renew service. That was responded to with a snarky email from the business saying there is always someone cheaper. I felt compelled then to clarify the cancellation had nothing to do with price but rather the billing process. That was responded to with another antagonistic email about having four children to feed and so on. I offered to pay up front, I quietly canceled my service, when antagonized clairified the reason for cancellation. The harassing emails were unprofessional.

4/6/22 Maybe pay your invoices, instead of trying to blame others to justify your actions. Do you get to wait and pay for your groceries, car repairs, etc when it's convenient for you? All of this could have been 100% avoided by YOUR actions, not ours. There was clearly a prepay option listed directly next to the price, which every clients knows of this option. Again, you chose NOT to prepay, not us "ignoring" your request. Perhaps instead of ignoring all of our emails for a simple confirmation about services and payments, a simple courtesy message the first time would have been appreciated, and could have avoided all this nonsense. Replied 4/1/22 Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were offended by our company sending an email reminder about an unpaid invoice. Invoices that get emailed can simply get lost in the shuffle and can go to junk mail. So sometimes we do not know if it was received. There were never any demands or threats. Simply asking: ("Hello, please confirm that payment has been sent for Invoice #6552 in the amount of $77.96"), one-time for confirmation about a payment 7 days past-due does not justify a 1 star review for a local family business. Sadly, this reflects more on your true character than it does ours. If you interpreted that it was written in a rude way, we apologize. Emails can be read in many different ways than originally intended, and there were never any intentions of being "rude". We will work on writing much longer emails so they are perceived in a more friendly way with more friendly verbiage, instead of direct and to the point. Our honest opinion: when our emails and invoices get ignored several times every month, to us it feels intentional and disrespectful. All we want is a confirmation about payment. We've been shorted so many times in the past 15 years. We provide an entire month worth of services, and wait another month for payment. Two months of services and many many times we never receive any payment. You would be better suited doing your business with a large corporation, since they have plenty off staff to handle your needs. Best wishes to you and your family!
