A representative came out to our property to have a consultation with us. We walked around our property and pointed out areas that we wanted to have work done and talked through ideas. We followed up by sending the representative a PDF with inspiration images, as they requested. They were supposed to come back to us with a proposal but they never did. I emailed them to follow up and never got a response. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If they didn't have the bandwidth to take on the project, they should at least let us know.

I used this company to put in all new garden beds and a soaker hose. I have had some issues, but especially with the soaker hose and any time I call either no one answers or I have gotten the response “Our scheduling team” or “Our maintenance” team will reach out to you via phone or email. I was also asked to email pictures. I even called again and explained all of this to someone else and they said they were so sorry and would have someone get right back to me. I am still waiting for a response over a month later. So frustrating and unprofessional! Would not recommend.

Austin Ganim Landscaping was the primary landscaper for the home my wife and I purchased at the end of 2018. We expected to continue to have them be our landscaping company as they had some featured pictures of the work done at our home and the prior owner said they were ok. They came out and gave us a quote for work to be done and told us they would reach out through email and phone calls to schedule the work to be done. 3 weeks later there had been no contact and spring is rapidly coming. I called to schedule the work myself April 20,2019. I was told the request would go to the group that schedules and they would get back to me the following morning. No calls, no emails. I called 30 min prior to them closing with the same response I got the last time, which was essentially the same response my wife got 3 weeks prior. I cannot review their work as they only came out to do yard cleanup at the end if 2018 and provide a quote in March 2019. Even if they said "We can get back to you xx day" and if they suck to it would be fine but they have not. They also could say "I'm sorry but we cannot schedule your appointment until xx date". Instead they have an answer service say they will send the request to the scheduling group and they did not return any communication. At this point this review is primarily based on their responsiveness and poor customer service.

Mr. Salisbury, we are sorry that you are disappointed with our service and have looked into your comments. Your wife has been corresponding with our Maintenance Manager via e-mail and phone, she met with him at your house to review the maintenance contract earlier this month, after the appointment approved the spring clean-up and plant maintenance services. At which time the services were added to our work schedule, these are services are provided without appointments, as they do not require the homeowners to be present, are scheduled by route and are weather dependent. We are currently providing spring clean-up services and will be doing so for several weeks to come. Your wife also spoke to your wife on the phone a week ago and he told her before the spring clean-up visit we would reach out to her and let her know we are coming. Please note that your wife's phone calls for Friday evening and Saturday morning, along with your call from Saturday late afternoon were indeed answered by our answering service as we were not in the office at that time due to the Good Friday/Easter/Passover Holiday weekend. Your message also stated to call back on either 4/22 or 4/23, to schedule an appointment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and will make sure to reach out to you today, which is 4/23.
