Aqua-Lawn installed a whole new, 21 zone irrigation system for us in May 2021 - it's about 95% complete. Since starting to use the new system I've noticed that several zones have leaks and/or need to be adjusted and the electric connection for the control box is still on a temporary plug. I've been trying to contact (phone messages and emails) the VP of Sales & Operations who I dealt with for the past 5 weeks without any reply. The invoice ($$$) for the work arrived this week with the Office Manager's email address included. I emailed her to explain the situation and the open items and to advise Aqua-Lawn that I won't be paying the invoice until the work is 100% complete. She quickly replied telling me she forwarded my message to the VP Sales & Operations. Another week has gone by without a reply from the Aqua-Lawn. Reliable customer service and quality control to make sure the work is done correctly is not part of Aqua-Lawn's business model. Very disappointed and frustrated that my email and voice messages about open items have been completely ignored for 5 weeks.

My sprinkler system is installed and maintained by AquaLawn. It was great in the initial years. It is disappointing that the quality has deteriorated quite a bit lately, in both field work and back office service. For example, during winterization for 2020, nozzles were blow off, but the technician did not even bother to pick them up, leaving the heads open; I am not a sprinkler system expert, but I know that the back flow test cocks should be half open, at 45 degrees, to allow water out, but this was not done. This leads to back office issues. Multiple promised replies from the office did not happen; no update after being hours late for the appointment window; you were calm, but you could be yelled at. I do want to mention that the in-person technicians tend to be very nice, and I can see that Sharon, the office manager, is deeply proud of the company and services. Hence, I am very surprised at the unnecessary anger of the office toward customers. It may be the pandemic and I will stay for this season to see what happens and update this review.

We have been client of Aqua Lawn for several years. Unfortunately the quality of the service has declined over time. This spring for example the company didn’t show up on time and we ended having most of our garden dried up. They claimed they came when they did not —both my husband and I were at home. They eventually came and charged up over $3k to open the system and repair the damaged heads. About a week later we had a very bad leak of a head in front of the kitchen. When I call to get help I was told we would have to wait a week to have them send someone. When I explained the leak was too big to ignore for more than a few hours she said we should shut off our water. I pointed out that our plants and grass would die off completely. But there was nothing to be done. I will not use this company anymore
